Hello Comantra, The company looked at 3 computers. First computer was a laptop that worked much faster when they had done their magic. The second computer another laptop had the problem that it started up in the wrong resolution 19 out of 20 times, making it unusable. It seems to be working correctly but more start ups will be required to confirm that. The third computer was the oldest and was a desktop which had been very slow to boot up and slow to use. After they had worked on the computer to improve s performance its reboot time was considerable reduced. The service was excellent, they got on with each computer consecutively completing the tasks in a single day on all three computers. The phoned me reliably as they said they would.
